As a food business, product availability, packaging, weight, and shelf life may vary slightly due to the perishable, handmade, and seasonal nature of certain items.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities offered, provided such restriction is not applied in an unfair or discriminatory manner. We accept payments through the payment gateways integrated with our Shopify store (including cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, as made available from time to time). All payment information is encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways; we do not store your complete card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us, or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address, where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or abuse. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed, and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with Section 9 below.

Given the nature of our products (traditional Indian sweets and snacks), please check the product-specific storage instructions and consume within the indicated shelf life. We are not liable for any quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery or delayed collection by the customer.
